What is the AgentDisc Marketing Program?
There are two marketing programs and a custom option with AgentDisc. The
two packages (Gold & Platinum) are designed to keep your upfront costs
down and establish a monthly program that provides you with a particular
quantity of AgentDiscs.

The AgentDisc is not designed as a "mass marketing tool" but
rather a high-tech tool for high-touch marketing opportunities, so it
adds another tool in your arsenal and way to stay in front of your prospects.
While "high-tech" the AgentDisc is as simple and intuitive
as it gets, your prospects or clients simply put the CD into their computer
and automatically your presentation comes to live with sound, animation
and rich content. There are no tools to install, web sites that need to
be available or other catches that you find with some "high-tech"
tools. Everything is self-contained on the CD. You can even include print-on-demand
flyers and brochures to save you time, energy and expense when it comes
to getting your information out to your audience.

What is the Agent Disc Gold Package?

Testimonials) While it is designed to have your contact information and
links to your web site, it is not designed to list any specific homes
you might have for sale. If you are interested in just using the tool
to promote yourself as an agent and keep the process as simple as possible
(no monthly updates are predicted) then the gold package is for you!
It's a simple way to get 10 AgentDisc CDs a month and make it part of
your high-touch approach to marketing your real estate services.
AgentDisc Gold allows you to customize the colors and content in your
3 main areas of information. It will include:
- Your photo, name, phone numbers, web site and other contact information
- A welcome page that opens with the presentation - you craft a message
to the viewer
- A "Why Use A REALTOR" section - a section that can be information
on why you would recommend that someone use a professional for what
is typically the largest purchase of their life.
- A Biography Section that you would include your Bio, certifications,
etc.
- A Testimonials Section where you can have quotes from satisfied clients
What is the Agent Disc Platinum Package?
The AgentDisc Platinum package is for agents that are looking to add two
key areas of information to the same type of content found in the Gold
Package. Beyond the Gold Package, the Platinum Package allows an agent
to also provide information in a Featured Home section as well as a Resource
Section. These sections allow for:
- A showcase for a Featured Home - to display the type of home and property
that you typically represent. Even if this home is no longer available
it will showcase the type of home you specialize in and make the client
who calls wish they had gotten with you sooner to secure that specific
property. This property is designed to rotate on a monthly basis, if
desired, so that you can continually "showcase" a special
property.
- All the specific property information on your featured home
- Provide a photo gallery for your featured home
- Provide a video or 360 tour of your featured home
- A on-demand printable flyer of your featured home
- A list of other homes with a short description and picture
- A Resource Section that you can provide all kinds of local community
and school information.
This is in addition to the same content provided in the Gold Package
(photo, contact info, bio, etc)
